This resort locate a little bit far from town. So it's quite. The room is quite clean and comfortable. But some room is locate far from reception and need to walk about 10 minutes. I visit this resort on winter so feel cold here. No passenger lift here. Food is just average.

Super love the room, very comfortable during winter with heaters. The rooms are located about 250 to 500 metres from the reception area but there is a buggy ride to assist you. The food served is very delicious and you will have a cozy feeling about the surrounding!

🌷 It is very polluted due to the presence of a charcoal oven to provide heating & water heating , and this is throughout the year and the oven emits an unacceptable smell . If the season helps to open the windows , this will not be reasonable because of the source of the smell , and if you are close to the oven ; there are mechanical sounds around the clock . In terms of cleanliness ; it is not available because the idea of cleaning was not accepted when designing . Room care department is not qualified for this task !!. Restaurant section feels as if you are being watched by Askar or army & they're completely far from the tourist field and don't care about any training or qualifications . The site is a loss for such a poor facility !!!.... unfortunately ...

We love the hospitality of the staffs and management. The accommodation was spacious, basic but covers all you need in an adventure vacation. The walks into snow covered woods, the visits to nearby frozen lakes and well made food amounted to a very positive and memorable experience. My family thought the stay was a wonderful taste of winter.

Cozy cottage scenery, beautiful room. Best dinner buffet in turkey so far. They have juicy steak from stove, sweet heart shaped desserts and fresh roses for the ladies during valentine.

Overall, we have very pleasant experience for taking a 2 days vacation here. The food is good, even a bit small for a restaurant, the food taste tres bien. The scenery is also impressive. Their room doesn't have air conditioner - only heater, so you need to open your balcony & windows and allowing some cold breeze goes in -- not to worry, there's no animals that will invade your room.
